In the PKG drawing on page 58 of data sheet. Lead thickness is showen as (A) TYP, and Table of DIM A shows two opt 1 which is 0.1 and 0.2.

I would like to know default of lead thickness. Is this 0.1 or 0.2 ? Pls refer to below.

Hello,

I've reached out to our packaging department, and the QFN packages can be constructed with leads of either thickness (neither is default). You should account for both possible lead thicknesses.

By the way, Will you let me know the reason RGH provide 2 option for leadframe thickness ? while leaddframe thickness of other PKG like RTE16 is 0.2 only.

Does customer have to specify lead thickness when order LDC1614-Q1 ?

No, your customer does not have to specify lead thickness when ordering the LDC1614-Q1.
