the Spec sheet says Do Not Wash. No hand Cleaning and No hand Soldering.
What if the part was cleaned with simple DI Water and baked out afterward? Is this acceptable? We use a halide free flux that is not super aggressive.
This component is being populated on an assembly that otherwise must be cleaned.
How would we handle this?
