AWR1843BOOST: mmWave demo visualizer data parsing problems

This topic has been discussed many times on this forum.

Unfortunately we don't have a script to parse the format produced by the Visualizer used with SDK 2.x and SDK 3.x

Possible other forum users have already developed such a script in python or matlab.

Let's open this question to the forum community and wait to see if anybody has such a script

Hi Cesar,

as you already pointed out, this request has been made countless times. However, as there seems to be a constant demand for it, maybe TI can take this as input and publish an official solution? I'm sure it wouldn't be much effort that had to be put into this work.

It is rather unreasonable why the "export as .csv" function from previous Visualizer versions has been dropped, too.

That would be great. That user would be able easily write and than parse data because right now it is harder than it should be. Could you please notify in this post that data parsing and/or export as .csv is done?
