AWR1843BOOST: TI mm-wave automotive toolbox demo: no output showing in the GUI even after image loaded to EVM through Uniflash

Hi,

I am working with 1843BOOST EVM and have been trying the Medium Range Radar (MRR) example in the automotive toolbox. I followed the steps mentioned in the Getting Started Guide to flash the image in the EVM, then I powered off the board and set the Dip Switch SOP2=OFF. I powered on the board and ran the GUI in the MRR example folder. Unlike in the Guide, I am not seeing any output in the GUI launched. Could you please suggest what's going wrong? I have XDS and CCS installed to most recent versions, and Matlab runtime engine to v8.5.1 32-bit. I have also set the appropriate port number in the UART port option while launching GUI.

PS: Though XDS is installed, the Guide doesn't mention running it along with GUI, and I don't see any suitable executable file in the installation directory. Still, do I have to run it separately?

Can you upload a few screenshots showing what you are describing in your initial post?

Feel free to include the following screenshots of:

- the GUI

- Windows Device manager when your device is plugged in

- the GUI launch screen and the values you enter in

Also please feel free to upload a picture of your physical setup.

The adapter has 5V-4A specification, so I don't any issue with power supply. Besides, with this adapter, the cloud-based demo visualizer works fine. \

Please find the attached screenshots. Also, I did steps mentioned like changing SOP jumpers, power cycling etc. as mentioned in the Guide.
