Hi all,

I'm looking for a current monitor ic to enable/disable buck converter.

But I couldn't find the suitable ic from ti.com.

Spec: current sensing : 100mA~500mA (adjustable)

if current over 100mA~500mA, then output logic "low", if current lower than 100mA~500mA, then output logic "high"

check out the INA300 - you can monitor the current and set up the limit as you want - if you have other capabilities in the system (like an MCU with I2C ) you can also look at INA226, and a reference for it here: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru532a/swru532a.pdf
