IWR6843AOPEVM: A timeout occurred before the Terminator was reached.

Hi,

I am following the demo lab "Area Scanner v1.x Overview" (http://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=AKh-b7R2LuJ-q2HeG2Gi8Q__VLyFKFf__LATEST) with IWR6843AOP board, and the flashing step was successful. But when running the lab, something wrong happened. The main visualizer appeared, COM port connection was successful but failed to load the config (.cfg) file. The error codes were as follow:

And the IWR6843AOP had been set to functional mode (S3 off). Do you know what I should do to fix that issue?
