Hi Akash,
Please allow me to explain this case again.
Board: IWR1443BOOST
Voltage: 5V
Current: 3A
Issue: When the board is connected to the power supply, the light starts to flash, not always on.
Request: Customer bought it from Mouser. Customer thought that this was the quality problem of the board. He applied for a return and refund from Mouser. But Mouser ask customer to submit a post on E2E, and he was asked to provide a faulty material. Then I help customer to submit the request here. Would you possible handle this issue?
Thanks.
Annie
Hi Annie,
I've approved the board for replacement in this thread.
I've never dealt with a situation like this, is there anything else needed from BU side? Just let me know, feel free to email me.
Cheers,
Akash
