IWR6843ISK-ODS: Uniflash cannot download firmware to IWR6843ISK-ODS

I have  just bought a new IWR6843ISK-ODS, and then I tried to run the demo, but some problems occured when I downloading the firmware into the IWR6843. The serial port of the board could not be connected . Can anyone help me confirm the problem? Is the board damaged?

    Would you be able to post a picture of your powered board when this error occurs?

    Hi Akash,

    This is the picture after I powerd the board,and I have connect the SOP0 and SOP2. when the error occurs,the console display:Initial response from the device was not received.Please power cycle device before re-flashing.

    Hi Xiping,

         After the SOP jumper change you need to hit the reset button. Have you performed that? 

    Also please check any flash utility running in background. You need to kill any previous unsuccessful attempt of flash programming on the task manager.

    Please post your COM port numbers from the device manager and settings in the Uniflash?

    I have download the firmware into the IWR6843ISK-ODS with your suggestion, after I powered up the board ,then hit the reset button, it successfully download the firmware. Thank you.

    And there is another situation that needs attention. The board you  company send to me  is IWR6843ES2.0 version, and at the beginning I download the firmware form  SDK 3.2.0.4 version which is build for IWR6843ES1.0 , the firmware can be download, but the board do not work. After I change the SDK3.3.0.3 version, it can be download and works well.
