FDC2214EVM: No Connection between board and PC

Hi Franz,

The green light indicates that the power to the EVM is good. 

if the GUI indicates if its "not connected" it appears that the issue could be that the GUI is not recognizing the EVM connected to a COM port. Can you please make sure that you are bale to switch to other COM ports and also ensure that under device manager you are able to view the EVM is actually connected.

I have checked it in the device Manager, there you can't see the EVM. What can I do next?

Hi Franz,

Here are the steps you can follow. typically its due to bad USB cable. 

A) Change the USB cable. Get a known working USB cable Plug it to see if it works

B) If not, try changing the COM ports on your PC

C) If not try it on another working PC.
