Alternative to Maxim sensors

For the boost converter, I'll recommend you have a look at TPS61099.  TPS61099x Synchronous Boost Converter with Ultra-Low Quiescent Current. It supports input voltage from 0.7 V to 5.5 V, and minimum 0.8 A switch peak current limit. It has powerful feature like regulated output voltage in Down Mode, true disconnection during shutdown.

As I have no details about your requirements, I couldn't confirm it's the most suitable device as we also have other good devices. Please let me know if you have further questions.
