MMWAVEICBOOST: out of order, heats up heavily

My order was no. T00535150 and one board MMWAVEICBOOST is not working. Has label with no.5604000090.

We ordered 2 pcs, one is working Ok for now, only that one (functional) smelled from the beginning like it was burnt, but it still works.

The other board from the beginning had problems connecting and very soon started heating heavily, very fast whole board gets very hot.

Hello Milan,

Were any wrong power adapter used for powering the board?

Could you please post the picture of the board when it's connected? Which section is heating up? Do you see COM ports when you connect to PC.

Hi Chethan,

Yes, we still have the problem. The board is short circuited, it dissipates all energy. No connections visible, no operations possible.

Were any wrong power adapter used for powering the board (Momentarily and then correct power used later)?

Could you please post the picture of the board and could you please mark heating area? Also could you please share the board serial number of the non-working board?
