IWR1443: NERROR_OUT signal after SOP2 header removal

Team,

we can burn the mmWave SDK demo (2.1.0.4) to the IWR1443. If we remove the SOP2 Header, we got a NERROR_OUT signal.

We followed TI recommendation for the schematic. What could be causing this?

Hi,

Yes, my silicon revision is ES3.0 .

If i pulled down the reset, the Nerror_out is not change.
