AWR1243: max IF bandwidth scaled by 0.9

hi:

Recently, I read the TI application report SWRA553. Shown in Sec 2.1.1, the IF bandwidth is limited to 0.9* adcSampling_frequency.

Can you explain the reason for this 0.9 scaling factor?
