AWR1243: AWR1243P Power on sequence

Hello!

I want to use AWR1243P in cascading mode and use sub-frames. There are several questions:

1) Should AWR1243p 3.3 V, 1.8 V, 1.2 V, 1V power supply must be strictly in order?

2)If I Power them on at the same time, will that cause AWR1243p to work improperly?

Hi,

1) there is no strict order but all these power rails must be stable while you release nRESET of the device.

2) Please refer AWR1243P datasheet for timing condition

Yesterday I checked http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/awr1243.pdf (section 5.9.1) and got the result 1 but In the document of TIDEP-01012 Schematic -

tidrzz2.pdf(page3 right Bottom ) I got result 2.

So I am a little confused ,Which one is right? Should I follow the time sequence of result 2?

Hello ,

The sequence listed in the tidrzz2.pdf(page3) is the power up sequence of the PMIC (LP87524 IC) actually. Its not the AWR sequence requirements. We will correct the description.
