Hi Team, I would like to seek your help regarding our customer's inquiry.

Customers Inquiry: 

  • Pin 4 is the output pin. How can I convert pin 4 output signals to actual temperature?

    Hi Mark,

    Pin 4 is the THERM pin which is the thermal shutdown pin.  To read the temperature from this device you must read the temperature registers via the I2C pins (SDA,SCL).  Please see "7.3.1 Temperature Measurement Data" section of the datasheet.

    If you are looking for analog output temperature sensor please see the TMP235.
