TMCS1100: Interference of external magnetic intensity and RF signal.

Hello Expert,

My customer has question for TMCS1100.

This device used  hall effect for current sensing.
However they have concern for that whether this device has any measures against magnetic intensity and RF signals?(e.g. internally shielded)
Dose this device has measures for these?

    Hello Kazuki,

    Thanks for considering to use Texas Instruments.  For this particular device we do not have shielding within to guard the device against these external fields. If you know or suspect your system will encounter such magnetic and RF fields, you will need to use some sort of external shielding.

    I understand about this device don't has any shield.
    I will recommend to use external Shield when customer anticipated this device is exposed to magnetic and RF fields.
