Hi team,
Will you please tell me the detailed alloy composition of the solder balls on the IWR1642 package?
The data sheet only says "SNAGCU"; What is the correct SAC composition in IWR1642's ball finish?
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Wesley

Wesley,
SNAGCU would refer to Sn (Tin) AG(Silver) Cu (Copper) as individual elements to form a ball alloy. Is that you were asking for or something else?
Thanks and regards,

Hello Chethan,
Customer wants to know the excart number of the material. For example, SAC405 Solder Spheres are lead-free Tin/Silver/Copper alloys that contain 95.5% Tin (Sn), 4% Silver (Ag), and 0.5% Copper (Cu)
Can you please help to clarify the detail information?
Thanks.
Wesley
Wesley,
It would be 97.7% Tin (Sn), 3% Silver (Ag), and 0.5% Copper (Cu).
Thanks and regards,
CHETHAN KUMAR Y.B.
