Because I use TDM to complete MIMO, but the R-Azimuth  figure is only three points

I would like to ask if the azimuth resolution of IWR1443 with 4Rx 2Tx configuration is only 15 degrees?

How to change the beam width of the antenna through mmWare Studio.Or there are other ways to change the scan width of the antenna

    Yes, the best azimuth angle resolution you can get is about 15 degrees with TDM-MIMO configuration

    on IWR1443. 

    It is not clear to me what do you mean by " R-Azimuth  figure is only three points" ?

    It is not also clear to me what do you mean by "change the beam width of the antenna " in radar studio? The antenna gain over different angle is decided by the antenna design and lay-out.
