FDC2212: Accuracy and Resolution

I am planning to use FDC2212 in one of my design where my sensing capacitance is of the order of 100 to 300fF. I want an accuracy of better than 1%. I downloaded datasheets of FDC2212 but I couldn't find any data on measurement accuracy and resolution of this IC. Can any one help me to find this answer?

Hello,

The device's noise floor is ~0.3fF at 100SPS. This does not include any environmental noise. I don't think that <1fF accuracy is realistic with the FDC2212.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Can you suggest any other Texas Instruments IC/Circuit for this application where capacitance change is of the order of 100 to 300 fF and desired accuracy of measurement should be atleast 1fF.

Hello,

The FDC2214 is our highest resolution capacitive sensor. Unfortunately we don't have a suitable device for this application.
