IWR1443: ADCBUFNUMCHRPPING and ADCBUFNUMCHRPPONG

Hi,

I see fields ADCBUFNUMCHRPPING and ADCBUFNUMCHRPPONG of ADCBUFCFG4 in reg_dss_xwr16xx.h but not in reg_dss_xwr14xx.h

Can DFE on IWR1443 write more than one chirp before ping/pong switching?

Hi, Gennadii:

For IWR1642, the range FFT is done in DSP, so it is more efficient to interrupt DSP less frequently.

For IWR1443, the range FFT is done in hardware engine, so it will apply range FFT per chirp. There is no need to do it every 8 chirps for example.

Do you see any reason you need that?
