IWR1443BOOST: Concentric peaks in Azimuth-Range Heatmap

Hello,
I am evaluating millimeter wave radar with IWR1443BOOST + mmWaveDemoVisualizer.

・ Installs a corner reflector in front of the IWR1443BOOST board

・ After configuring with the parameters shown in the figure with mWaveDemoVisualizer,
Display Azimuth-Range Heatmap

In the Azimuth-Range Heatmap, another peak can be seen on the concentric circle of the corner reflector placed in front. (Red circle in the figure)
There is no object at this position, why are these peaks appearing?

Hi, Hiroyuki:

If your range-azimuth heatmap is not symmetric, or the angle spectrum sidelobe is too large, it usually means that you need to do a phase/gain calibration.

Please search for "Range Bias and Rx Channel Gain/Offset Measurement and Compensation" in the doxygen documentation at:
