Hello,
I was wondering what causes the extra detection point, seen below, to appear when using mmWave Demo Visualizer. The object it is supposed to detect is 10.16 meters away and has the dimensions of 88.9cm (height) and 12.7cm (diameter). There is nothing around or near that area that could cause that extra point and adjusting the CFAR threshold does not resolve the issue. Even when another object is used or someone walks in front of the radar it will detect a false object as well.
The Conditions are the following
-AWR1642Boost Radar is used
-mmWave SDK version is 2.1
-Demo visualizer version is 2.1
I was also wondering what the maximum range for the AWR1642Boost is as the visualizer only lets you set a range of 50m?
