I'd like to calculate the case temperature.
Is it possible by using the parameter which are provided on DM ch5.9 Thermal Resistance Characteristics for FCBGA Package [ABL0161] (www.ti.com/.../awr1843.pdf)
Q1: Is a formula following?
Tc = Tj - (RθJC x Power consumption)
Q2: Is "power consumption" average or peak?
