CC2650STK not working on Samsung S9 with Andriod 9

Again stopped working today, now my Samsung S9 (Andirod 9) not able to detect the Sensor :(

Hi Elin,

I tried below andriod apps but no luck:

SensorTag v5.4.0 (Build 47)

SimpleLink Starter v5.4.0 (build 47)

Weird thing is my phone's Blutooth is able to detect it as "CC2650 Sensor Tag" but when I try to pair it give error "Couldn't pair, Check settings for this device and try again".

Is there a way to connect the Sensor to Windows 10 OS and upgrade the firmware because I tried to upgrading from my old Samsung phones but it does not upgrade and always error outs.
