TIDEP-01012: TIDEP-01012: Safe to use indoor?

Hello everyone,

I have a basic question regarding the TIDEP-01012 or similar evaluation boards:

  1. Are they safe to use in an indoor environment (e.g. an office of 3x5m <-> 10x16ft with metallic walls on two sides)?
  2. What is the minimum distance which we should keep in operation/controlling?

    Hi,

    Yes they are safe.

    There is no specific requirement for the minimum distance. For single sensor boards we have included a 5cm minimum distance recommendation.

    Similar distance should work for this board as well.
