Hi,
I would like to use the IVC102 to measure currents on nA-Scale without using with a constant integration time but using it as a integrator block for a Current Mode Sigma Delta Topology.
For this project I would like to change the range of currents which are going to be measured, therefore selecting all the capacitors inside the chip or leaving some without connections. This I would do with the use of a microcontroller and an low chage injection analog swicth.
What would be the best fit to act as a range selector in this case ? Does Texas Instruments have a part that would fulfill these requirements ?
