When we try to LOAD CONFIG FROM PC AND SEND to IWR1443, we got the following Console Messages:

mmwDemo:/>sensorStop

mmwDemo:/>flushCfg

or

mmwDemo:/>sensorStop

mmwDemo:/>dfeDataOutputM‹•1

'dfeDataOutputM‹•1' is not recognized as a CLI command

What could be wrong? What should be checked?

Thanks for helping out.

  • Hi Bart,

Looking at the garbled echo output on the terminal, this seems to be a UART configuration/connection issue.

Please make sure you have configured the correct baud rates in serial port setup in the mmw demo visualizer. The mmw demo firmware configures the control and data UART ports at 115200 and 921600 bps respectively.

  • Hi Nitin,

Indeed it was the connection. In our provisoric setup there was a 5cm long strip cable where the RxD and TxD lines were running side by side. After separating them the serial communication became stable. The case can be considered as closed.

    Thanks, best regards
