Hi,
The web page isn't updated and the access isn't approved even if clicking the submit button on the request form to download the latest "OPT3101 SDK v0.9.1" and "OPT3101 Configurator Tool v0.9.1" on TI website.
It would be very helpful for me to double-check it soon.

Yes that is the correct selection. I did the same to test when I saw your question and was able to download okay. Can you send a screenshot of the error? I don't see an error on that screen. What happens when you click submit?

Unfortunately, the above screen shot is still displayed without any errors even if I click submit.
Is this a issue that depends on the PC settings ?

I tried this with other windows 7 pc. Unfortunately, I cannot access.
So, the cause seems to be dependent on my myTI account.

I could submit when trying to request TLV320ADC3140 plug-in for PPC3 platform.
I don't know that reason why I cannot submit for OPT3101-SDK.

The same symptom occurs with a colleague's account. So, the software such as OPT3101-SDK can be downloaded it if a new myTI account is created.
We don't seem to be able to resolve this issue.

You can also open one yourself and put my email in the CC field. That way if they have any questions you can help provide details and I can also track it from my end.
