Hi,

I'm wondering if I can use Matlab to read the UDP data from Ethernet? For now I'm using mmWave Studio, but it read receive data from Ethernet and record the data to disk. It is too late for me, so I wonder if I can use Matlab read data directly from Ethernet for signal processing.

HI, Fangzheng:

As we mentioned in your other e2e thread, DCA1000EVM does the live streaming and all the raw data is send over ethernet in the form of UDP packets. Data is continuously streamed to PC and DCA1000 dll stores in a FILE. Texas Instrument does not provide a tool for what you request. But you can always use other tools to get the ethenet UDP packages. But just be aware that the package can get lost due to UDP packet streaming but if PC is fast enough then you won't see any packet drop.
