Hello, great TI engineers. we already have ODS and MMWAVEICBOOST , and we are very interested in human fall recognition.Now We have two questions that need your help.

1. According to the experiment （The web link is as follows）you provided, the people fall recognition is based on the height and shape of the point cloud image reflected by the human body to determine the basic movements such as standing, sitting  and lying down, but this is based on having enough point clouds. However, in our experiment, we found that the point cloud is far from  enough to  complete the recognition of the above basic movements.What is the reason, and how can I achieve the effect of your presentation?
2. The web link does not provide the specific prebuilt_binaries to flash the EVM and chirp_configs for chirp configuration like other demos in labs of mmWave_industrial_toolbox. We also can't find them on your website. So,can you provide them for us?

    Hi Yuhao,

    The lab used to make this experiment is the ODS Point Cloud Demo. I'd recommend following the instructions in the User Guide in order to achieve the same results.

    Thank for your reply,when we run the ODS Point Cloud Demo you recommended,we have encountered new problem:
    When we click on Configure to connect the GUI to the EVM. The GUI Status bar never show Conected: 
    On the contrary,it constantly shows both CFG_port and DATA_port waiting for data....
    These are as shown below:
     
    Please give some advice.

    we have followed the  User Guide to run the  ODS Point Cloud Demo,now,both  CFG_port and DATA_port  have been connected,however,there are no plots just as figures bellow:

    I have try   ODS Point Cloud Demo many times,it's still show nothing.I'm sure all steps are following the demo user guide,and I don't know where is the problem. The following are some Screenshots,and also reply you with  an attachment about the console messages.

    There is a new version of the Industrial Toolbox 4.1.0 (new as of 12/1/2019), please download this new version, walkthrough the updated user guide, and let us know if you are still having issues.
