My client is asking about the difference between LM34CZ and LM34CAZ. I read the DAtasheet inside, it seems that the error of the LM34CA is smaller than the LM34A. But I don't see the electrical characteristics of the LM34C. Is the LM34C the same as the LM34A?

You are correct that the LM34CAZ is a more accurate version of the LM34CZ. There a few other slight spec changes as well, but essentially the LM34CAZ is a higher performance part. I've shown snippets where you can see the datasheet specs for both below:
