Hi all,

I'm using IWR1642 BOOST with lab 11 people count demo. I have been using this for a while. It was working. Now 2 of my boards are not sending target information but it is sending point cloud data. It is not tracking any targets. I have adjusted scenery,gating,state,allocation parameters but no use. Previously it used to work but now it is not.

I tried rebooting the sensor,power cycling it and even loading the firmware again but no use.

Is this issue related to software or hardware? Can power supply or usb cable affect the performance of the sensor? Can i ever recover this board?

Hi Radha,

Have you tried running some other labs from the mmWave Industrial Toolbox?

Hi Radha,

Please try using the default configuration, so we can determine if gtrack is failing to initialize with the configuration you have sent.

Hi Justin,

I think there is some hardware issue with the boards I have. Now I'm unable to even program the board. I think the some of the ICs have been damaged. I will check on that and if its not the issue then I will try your suggestion.
