Hello,

I am trying to run the mmwave visualizer for ppl counting demo. but it is always showing that i need to download ti cloud agent which I have already installed several times. I am unable to connect my device to visualizer. I would like to get .csv data. is there any other option to get .csv data without visualizer.

    Hi dua,

    Are you using the people counting demo or the out of box demo? You can use area scanner to get point cloud data in .csv format if you are running the oob demo. Otherwise for people counting there is not a visualizer that outputs this, but you could modify the visualizer source code in any of the people counting labs to save data in a csv.
