I'm having an issue where the ABIST fault is always set in DEV_STAT4. I'm not using EVM. I've got the PGA411-Q1 chip soldered onto a custom board. I've checked the trouble shooting guide and followed the recommended steps. the VEXT pin is planned to be powered during device start up so BOOST_VEXT_MASK doesn't need to be set. But I have tried setting it just in case. I'm also made sure the crystal is 20MHz is connected to the board and is working (see attached picture). I have checked the ECLKSEL pin and it is ~3.3V (which is the logic level I'm using).
Can you please help me with this fault?
