I bought two sets of EVB (MMWAVEICBOOST) from Mouser.
But one of them can't update the firmware.

After we swap the MMWAVEICBOOST board, we found the problem that MMWAVEICBOOST board is not working.

Mouser customer service told me I need to confirm with you, to be replaced after this.

Hello,

Could you please provide more information on what do you mean by "can't update the firmware".

Have you reviewed the user-guide section 2.2. on wards?

Also could you please post your board picture under failure condition?

Also post the status of device manager?
