TDC7200: Question for TDC7200

Hi Team,

Customers use TDC7200 to measure time difference. As the test time increases, the data read by the TDC7200 shows a decreasing relationship. He tested for more than 2 hours, but still not stable. TDC7200 works in mode 2.

Hi Annie,

Thanks for your request. Based on the graph you have provided can you please be more specific in indicating the test setup ? The attachment does not indicate the timescale correctly so I am unable to look at value to comment on it.

Can you please also help what parameter in the datasheet this result is being reported ?
