In people tracking and counting reference design (tidue71c.pdf), it is mentioned that users are allowed to define the dimensions of scene. Where shall I define those parameters, e.g., in cfg file?

Is API the only way to adjust the scenery parameters? Can I modify them in cfg file or other configuration file?
