Hello All,

For the target AWR1843, I just want to use the GPIO module of the core (cortex R4F) and set a pin as an output and produce a high voltage on it. I followed what is written in the technical manual but it didn't work.

I have attached a snapshot from the manual to set a pin high. It is urgent. Thanks in advance.

Hello Bishoy,

In the mmwave SDK package (http://www.ti.com/tool/MMWAVE-SDK) there is a driver for GPIO usage. Have you had a look at that? you can find code to configure the GPIO.

Hello Vivek,

After search I have known that there is a MSS_IOMUX module that should configured at first ta make the pin a GPIO but that wasn't mentioned in the manual.

For usage of MSS_IOMUX module to configure a pin as a GPIO, there is a list of registers should be configured:

MSS_IOMUX---> IOCFGKICK0

MSS_IOMUX---> IOCFGKICK1

MSS_IOMUX---> PADAY_CFG_REG

The register MSS_IOMUX is only mentioned in the technical manual. In contrast, the offsets ( IOCFGKICK0, IOCFGKICK1 & PADAY_CFG_REG) are not mentioned neither by name nor address.

Is there any manual which could have any information about those registers. Thanks in advance.
