Hi team,
I have a trouble using IWR1642BOOST.
Use DEMOvisualizer in the cloud and start up normally.
Data has also been acquired.
However, over time, the connection is suddenly lost and the following error is displayed:
"No Texas Instrument USB ports detected. Please check your USB connections."
I checked the COM port in the device manager of the PC, but it is the same as before the error occurred and I can find the set port.
I think that virus security software may have affected, and installing and DEMOvisializer on a PC instead of the cloud does not change the results.
Does DEMOvisualizer installed on the PC also connect to the Internet?
I do not know what is happening.
Can you give me some advice?
