TDC7200: TRIGG of TDC7200

Hi:

   For the TRIGG of TDC7200, if we use the rising edge for it, when set START_MEAS to 1, the TRIGG will go high. Is this correct?

   Do we need to add the external pull-upesistor to TRIGG? or the TRIGG is internally pulled up by the TDC7200?
