Looking for current sensor (rack-mountable preferred)

We are trying to digitize a 0 to 3.5A ~25mS current pulse that is driving a Release Actuator for a deployment. The scope has 100Mhz bandwidth and we usually set the sample rate on the order 50-100kS/s. We have used a tek current probe up until now to capture this current pulse. I would like an instrument that can successfully capture this pulse accurately.

Hi Demetris,

We make current measurement IC’s that typically by themselves can’t be used directly.

Additional components are required to form a system, as well as certain pre/post processing circuit. Since you’re looking for something to replace an oscilloscope, you’ll either have to design one of your own or purchase from an end equipment manufacture. Something like this might be along the lines of what you’re looking for.
