IWR6843: Infinite loop in SOC_waitAPLLCalibration () function

Part Number: IWR6843

Hi ,

I want to know whether the difference between IWR6843 ES1.0 and ES2.0 is related to the chip or to the hardware circuit.

The problem is that the original chip works normally in SDK 3.2.0.4. The newly purchased chip will be infinitely cycled in SOC_waitBssPowerUp in SDK 3.2.0.4. I guess it is due to the problem of ES2.0, so the SDK was upgraded to 3.3.0.3, but during the simulation, it was found that the SOC_waitAPLLCalibration ( ) Infinite loop in the function, and check the value of the register SPARE0 is 0x28,

would like to ask what is the reason for this?

   Thank you very much.
