Hi Takatoshi-san,

PCB Design files are developed in Altium package, all the design files are available in the below link.

http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrc355

One of the way to import the design in to HFSS is to import the PCB Altium layout package into SiWave (Part of the Ansys tool) as shown below.

And in the SiWave package could be used to invoke HFSS tool for Antenna simulations.
