Hi,
I try to understand the sigma delta ADC. Does anybody know a good explaintation of is ADC with Differential Input? I also looking for an Block diagramm of this ADC (with differential in).
Regards
Mario

Hi Mario,
I encourage you to see our Precision Labs content. I think it will help explain many of the concepts you may have questions about.

Additionally, you can find a simplified block diagram of the device in the datasheet, such as the ADS1298 which has a differential input.
Hi Alexander,
thanks for your reply.
I could n´t find a good block diagramm of an sigma delta ADC with differential in. I`m looking for an picture like this wikipedia figure -> en.wikipedia.org/.../File:DeltaSigma2.svg but for an ADC with differential in.

Mario
Hi Mario,
It will not be different for an ADC with differential in, the differential in is simply not shown in this diagram. The difference in will go to a PGA and the negative input channel will be subtracted from the positive input channel.
