IWR1642BOOST: Problem with uniflash

Hello I need to flash people count demo lab (http://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=AO1DWYiQ.dLcRazksGRNng__VLyFKFf__LATEST) to my IWR1642BOOST device.

I'm using mm wave sdk version 2.01. But I don't know my device will support mmwave sdk 2. I didn't find the ES2 sticker on my EVM (please take a look at the 2nd image, marked red). But I tried to flash the firmware with uniflash but it shows following error. How can I flash the firmware?

Hi Pranav,

You can view the device errata sheet to determine if the IWr1642 is ES1 or ES2.

From the error on Uniflash, you are not experiencing an issue with device version - uniflash just cannot connect to the device. Please check the following:

Device is in flashing mode
Any other applications that connect to the device are closed and not holding the com port.
Com Port is set correctly in uniflash
Device drivers are installed so that Com Ports appear in the device manager.

If you have not flashed with the Out of Box demo and ran that, please do to familiarize yourself with the device procedures.

Still I have the same issue

I think I have ES1 device. where can I download mmWave Industrial Toolbox 2.3.0 and sdk 1.0 for traffic monitoring
