Hello All,

Do you have any information about memory initialization, as in the TRM I have found this part (snapshot) only.

What is "TCRAM wrapper" ?

How could I enable "auto-init" ?

Hi Bishoy,

TCRAM wrapper is an internal hardware module that does the memory init for the RAM.

Auto init of RAM and IP's memory can be done using RCM->MEMINITSTART Register. Please refer 'MEMINITSTART Register' section of TRM where you can initialize CR4TCMB memory along with other IP memories.

The register isn't changed after writing anything to it (after watching it in a debug session). In addition to an exception occurs.
