IWR6843AOPEVM: People counting demo crash!!

Hi support team,

I want to run the people counting demo on IWR6843AOP board so I do the following steps:

1. Importing projects: ods_pplcount_dss_68xx and ods_pplcount_mss_68xx ( location: mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_1_0\labs\people_counting\68xx_overhead_people_counting\src)

2. (After modifying and rebuilding the BIOS driver) Rebuilding the dss project first and then mss project and finally get the ods_pplcount_lab_68xx.bin.

3. Flashing the bin file to IWR6843AOP board.

4. Open GUI Application:main_pplcount_viz.exe(location:mmwave_industrial_toolbox_4_1_0\labs\people_counting\68xx_overhead_people_counting\GUI_A_base_no_logic), connect to COM ports,load default configuration and start to run.

5. Once detected any points When running the GUI, it seams stopped and failed to read data as pictures below. The IWR6843AOP board seams to be crashed and have to reset!!! After retrying step 4-5 many times, the results are the same.

So, what caused the board crash? Is it a bug?
