1. How to order just the chip for evaluation? We already have the EVM.

2. ETD for availability of released version?

3. Where to find design files ?

4. Do you think the current 193 pin version is stable or do you anticipate the footprint to change?

Currently only EVMs are available, These are pre-production samples, Currently, there is a change in package being planned, hence only EVMs are made available on ti.com.

2. ETD for availability of released version?

Currently, Only schematic, assembly and BOM files are available. http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/swrr166
