Which materials instead of silver i can use for patch antenna? And which is the 2nd and 3rd best material option ti use like copper, gold etc?

Hello,

I guess you are referring to surface finish, TI EVM uses immersion silver plating that has lesser loss comparatively to ENIG (Which has Nickel-Immersion Gold).

You could refer to "TI mmWave Radar sensor RF PCB Design, Manufacturing and Validation Guide" http://www.ti.com/lit/an/spracg5/spracg5.pdf for more information.

Another alternative is OSP surface finish also could be looked at, However rework could be challenge.
