Previously I was using IWR1443 with DCA1000 to generate micro-Doppler spectrograms. The results were so good. In order to measure human gait motion in 3D (x,y,z axis), I bought 2 more AWR1642 with DCA1000s. As far as I know, AWR1642's most of the specifications (e.g. # of channels, center frequency, raw data format) are the same with IWR1443 except for temperature limits, sample rate, beam-width etc. but when I use the same MATLAB script to generate spectrograms, results are not as good as IWR1443. They are not totally corrupted but not good enough either. I tried changing band-width, range bin limits etc. but could not get any improvement. What could be the reason for that? Also, where can I find the raw data format of AWR1443 to make sure that I am processing the raw data correctly? Thank you in advance!
